Admission

For admission to L.K.G class, the child should complete 3 years of age on the 30th of April of the year of admission. Birth certificate from Municipal Corporation/Gram Panchayat/Municipal Committee should be produced as evidence. Affidavits will not be accepted in place of Birth Certificates. Registrations for admission should be made in the prescribed form available in school office. Aptitude Test for admission to all other classes will be held as per notification.

Girls

Navy blue tunic, white shirt, half sleeves, black ribbons, school belt, white socks, black leather shoes, hair style 2 plaits / baby
cut compulsory with black hair band.On Saturdays girls are to wear white skirts with sports T-shirts, white ribbons, white
canvas shoes, white socks and school belt, tie & badge.

Class VI to X
Monday - Friday

Boys

Boys of VIII to X class are to wear Navy blue pants, white shirts, school belt, white socks and black leather shoes on week days and white pants, sports T-shirts, white socks, white canvas
shoes and school belt, tie & badge on Saturdays. However,
class VII boys are to wear Navy blue shorts, white shirt, half sleeves, white socks, black leather shoes, belt, tie & badge on week days and white shorts, sports T-shirt, white socks, white canvas shoes and school belt, tie & badge on Saturdays.

Girls

Girls are required to wear blue skirts and white baggy shirts
with black leather shoes on week days and white T-shirts with white skirts, white socks and white canvas shoes, and
school belt on Saturdays.

CLASSES XI – XII

Boys

Navy blue pant, sky blue shirt with navy blue stripes with black leather shoes  and white socks.

 

Girls

White Salwar with sky blue kameez with navy blue stripes and white dupatta, black leather shoes and white socks.

Rules and Regulations

  1. The students are expected to arrive at school, 5 minutes earlier than opening time
  2. Students should observe good manners, wherever they are. They should spread the fragrance of their good conduct to bring credit to themselves, to their parents and to the school.
  3. School property should be treated as one’s own property and should not be damaged. Anyone who sees something damaged should report the matter even if one does not know who has damaged it.
  4. Money should not be lent or borrowed or articles exchanged. The school is not responsible for goods lost. It is not advisable to bring valuables like costly watches or pens or ornaments.
  5. Bicycles must be kept locked. Students should not ride around the school ground on bicycles.
  6. A student who has been suffering from any infectious or contagious disease will not be allowed to attend school unless a certificate is furnished from a medical authority that he/she is free from infection.
  7. Students are requested to cooperate in the smooth running of the school, abiding by the rules laid down for the use of every facility viz. Library, Conventional Labs, Digital Labs, English Language Lab, and Robotic Lab.
  8. Parents are expected to cooperate in the smooth running of the school by enforcing discipline regularly and by taking general interest in their ward’s progress. They should check the diary regularly to note the teacher’s remarks etc. They are further requested to visit the school from time to time to assess the progress of their ward.
  9. Parents are welcome to see the Principal/Coordinator on all working days with prior appointment only. Parents may see teachers only after obtaining permission from the Principal/Coordinators. They are requested not enter the class and disturb the classroom work. For further clarification, if any, the reception may be contacted.
  10. It is advised to discourage the children from bringing cell phones and bikes without license to school. This will help to ward off any untoward incident taking place in the school hours while they are away from the family.
